No work of Kalurghat bridge frustrating, says Salam


PV Report : Chittagong Development Authority(CDA) Chairman Abdus Salam said avoiding dev work of Kalurghat bridge is frustrating.
He said this while speaking at a discussion hosted by freedom fighter commanders’ 71 Forum in observance of the National Mourning Day at Boalkhali on Sunday.
He said “ Kalurghat bridge is located in my constituency. I sought party nomination twice, but the leader made me CDA Chairman, I accepted the decision. However, dev work for the bridge has been ignored.
‘The government has been working to bring back the Bangabandhu killers to execute the verdict’, he observed.
Chaired by commander Rajendra Prasad Chowdhury and moderated by FF AHM Nasir Uddin, the meeting was spoken of, among others, by district Freedom Fighter commander Shahabuddin Ahmed, Prof. Kanai Lal Das, Comrade Sunil Chakraborty, Abul Bashar and Udayan Nag.
