Mominul recalled for first Australia Test

PV Sports Desk : Mominul Haque has been recalled for Bangladesh’s first Test against Australia to replace Mosaddek Hossain a day after the top order was dropped from the squad.
The left-handed top-order batsman was left out of the Tigers’ 14-man Test squad for the first time but the decision was reversed due to allrounder Mosaddek’s eye problem Sunday.
The decision was subject to harsh criticism as chief selector Minhajul Abedin and Head Coach Chandika Hathurusingha faced a barrage of questions from the journalists present at a media briefing where the squad was announced On Saturday.
On Sunday afternoon Bangladesh Cricket Board chief Nazmul Hassan said Mominul was back in the squad in place of the youngster.
