Khaled Mahmud to be taken to Singapore


PV Sports Desk : Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) director and former captain of Bangladesh cricket team Khaled Mahmud Sujon will be taken to Singapore on Monday night (July 31) for better treatment.

While visiting Sujon, who is currently undergoing treatment at United Hospital in the capital, BCB president Nazmul Hasan Papon told that Sujon will be leaving for Singapore around 11:00pm and will be admitted to Green Eagles Hospital there.

Earlier on Monday morning BCB media committee chairman Jalal Yousuf said that Khaled’s condition has improved since last night and preparations to take him to Singapore are underway.

On Saturday night (July 29), Khaled Mahmud was admitted to Kurmitola General Hospital at first and later on Sunday morning (July 30) transferred to United Hospital where he is being treated in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
