Brief score: India 11/0 in 2 overs v Bangladesh 264/7
Bangladesh have posted 264 for 7 against India in the second semi-final of the Champions Trophy, thanks to half-centuries from Tamim Iqbal, Mushfiqur Rahim.
Asked to bat first in overcast conditions, Tamim and Mushfiqur paired in a 123-run third wicket stand to fashion a strong base for the Tigers at Edgbaston on Thursday.
Soumya Sarkar (0) and Sabbir Rahman (19) departed early, but the experienced pair dug deep, played themselves in and then counterattacked to turn the tables on the men in blue.
But India spinners Kedar Jadhav and Ravindra Jadeja hurt Bangladesh with quick strikes.
Tamim (70) and Mushfiqur (61) walked back in quick succession in a spell where Bangladesh lost 3 wickets for 25 runs, including that of their centurion from the last game Shakib Al Hasan (15).
The other centurion from the remarkable win over New Zealand, Mahmudullah (21) then added 34 runs with Mosaddek Hossain (15) to haul his team past 200.
